Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account with rpgg. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
By registering an account with rpgg, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth in this section and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful.
To create an rpgg account, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
rpgg is required to verify the identity of all users in accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming standards. You must submit clear copies of your Indonesian national ID (KTP), proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie photograph holding your KTP. Verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify rpgg immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. rpgg will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security.
You must promptly update your account information if your contact details, residential address, or other personal information changes. Failure to maintain current information may result in delayed withdrawals or account restrictions.
rpgg accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Permata) and popular e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1-5 minutes during banking hours.
Users may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account dashboard as part of responsible gaming controls. Once set, these limits can only be decreased immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Bonuses and promotions are offered at rpgg's sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Each promotion has specific terms including eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit amounts, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. You must read and accept the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough requirements) before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount or the combined bonus and deposit amount. For example, a 100% deposit bonus with 20x wagering requires you to wager 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawal. Some bonuses have maximum win caps that limit the amount you can withdraw from winnings generated using bonus funds. Any winnings exceeding the maximum win cap will be forfeited. Maximum win caps and all other bonus terms are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms and conditions.

rpgg may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content provided by game studios, payment processors, and other partners. rpgg does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, and your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Gambling involves risk and may result in financial loss. You acknowledge that you are gambling at your own risk and that rpgg cannot guarantee winnings or successful outcomes. You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose and should never gamble to resolve financial difficulties. You may close your rpgg account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining funds in your account (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification. Self-exclusion periods can be set from one month to permanent closure as part of responsible gaming controls.
rpgg reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent or prohibited activities, fail to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon account closure by rpgg, any remaining funds may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. rpgg reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee on dormant accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and standards. Any disputes arising from your use of rpgg services shall be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures set forth herein.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from these Terms or your use of rpgg services, you agree to first contact rpgg customer support to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation before pursuing any other legal remedies.
Any claim or dispute arising from your use of rpgg services must be filed within six months of the date the issue arose. Claims filed after this limitation period will be barred regardless of their merit.
rpgg reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered email address and by posting an updated version on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of rpgg services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of rpgg services and close your account.
